We craft red raspberry and black raspberry balsamic vinegar, combining our berries with balsamic vinegar that has been aged for 18 years in a series of oak, mulberry, and cherry wood casks. The result is a thick, slightly sweet vinegar that is suitable for everything from dipping bread to a salad dressing to an ice cream topping. Along with a bottle of our extra virgin olive oil, this makes a great gift!
